Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and POLYRA (“POLYRA”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in or otherwise using the website and app (the “Service”) you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What POLYRA is

POLYRA is a research and information tool for markets listed on Polymarket. It includes Analyze (research on a market link or screenshot), Scout (market discovery), Watch (a list that tracks prices and trader activity), Paper Trading (a simulation with virtual money) and related features. Outputs such as BUY, WAIT and NO TRADE, estimated chances, target prices and trader statistics are automated estimates generated from public data, AI models and our own rules.

POLYRA does not place orders, hold funds, connect to your wallet or execute any transaction on your behalf. Paper Trading uses virtual money only and has no cash value.

2. Not financial advice

Everything on the Service is general information for research and educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or betting advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any position. POLYRA is not a licensed investment adviser, broker or portfolio manager, and nothing on the Service takes your personal circumstances into account. You alone decide whether to trade, and you are solely responsible for those decisions and their results.

3. Risk and no guarantees

  • Prediction markets are risky. You can lose some or all of the money you put in.
  • Estimates can be wrong. Data from Polymarket, price feeds, news sources and AI models can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and markets can resolve in unexpected ways.
  • Past results, including paper trading results and statistics shown on the website, are not a guarantee or an indication of future results.
  • Only use money you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility and local laws

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to use the Service. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some countries. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service and of any prediction market is lawful where you are. The Service is not intended for use where it would be unlawful, and we may restrict access from any location.

5. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

6. Beta, plans and usage limits

The Service is currently offered as a free beta. Features may be incomplete, change or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. Each plan includes usage limits (for example, a monthly number of analyses and Scout searches). We may change plans, limits and features, and may introduce paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, the price and billing terms will be shown before you pay, and you will not be charged without your agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access another user’s data, or try to bypass security, authentication or usage limits;
  • scrape, crawl or extract data from the Service by automated means, or use it to build a competing product or dataset;
  • copy, resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute outputs of the Service as your own product;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Service, or overload it;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains malware, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • use the Service for fraud, market manipulation or any unlawful purpose.

8. Your content and reviews

You keep ownership of the links, screenshots and other content you submit. You give us a licence to store and process it to run and improve the Service, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience, and you allow us to display it on the website with the name and details you chose. We may choose not to publish or to remove any review.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, rules and the POLYRA name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes under these terms. No other rights are granted.

10. Third-party services

POLYRA is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Polymarket. The Service shows data from and links to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of Polymarket or any other platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLYRA and its owners, operators, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service or your reliance on it, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POLYRA and its owners and operators from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, your content, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or limit access, if we reasonably believe these terms were breached, to protect the Service or other users, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 2, 3, 8 to 13 and 16) survive termination.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give notice on the website or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization or sale of the Service.
